Price Changes: Prices may vary if there are any amendments or changes to the routing.

Bookings / Payment Policy

Initial Payment: When you book your tour, a deposit of 30% of the total price plus applicable taxes is required.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled 90 days before your departure.

Full Payment: For bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment Policy

All booking requests adhere to the payment policy mentioned above. If the payment policy is not followed, bookings may be released or cancelled, and cancellation charges will apply after deducting the cost of services rendered.

Confirmation: Once your booking and payment are complete, you will receive a confirmation. Please review this confirmation and inform us immediately of any errors.

Final Documentation: Your itinerary and vouchers will be emailed to you 14 days before departure. Original documents will be handed over upon your arrival in India.

Acknowledgement: After paying the booking amount, you will receive an acknowledgement for the amount paid. Please note that any relevant bank charges will need to be borne by the travelers.

The applicable exchange rate on the date of the transaction will be used.

 Cancellation Policy

If You Need to Cancel Your Journey:

• 90 days or more before departure: 30% of the total price will be charged.
• 75 to 89 days before departure: 50% of the total price will be charged.
• 0 to 74 days before departure: The full price will be charged.

 If Maharajas Express (IRCTC) Changes Your Journey or Cancels:

Insufficient Bookings or Operational Reasons:

If we don’t have enough bookings or face operational issues, the Maharajas Express (IRCTC) might cancel the trip 30 days before the scheduled date.

In such cases, you have two options: you can either reschedule your journey for another available date or receive a refund for the payment you made to us.

Please note: We won’t be able to refund costs for services like pre/post-trip accommodations, airline tickets, excursions, or extensions.

Force Majeure Events:

If we need to cancel your trip due to unexpected events beyond our control, like natural disasters, we won’t be able to offer a refund for payments already made.

However, we’ll do our best to provide an alternative date, depending on availability and approval from the train company. Please note, any additional costs due to changes in tariffs will apply.

If an unforeseen event happens during the tour, we might need to adjust the program as necessary without providing compensation. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for any unused parts of the tour.

Amendment Policy

If you need to make changes to your booking, it will be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation. The new arrangements will be considered as a brand new booking. Please note that in this case, the cancellation charges mentioned earlier will apply.
